If you are having trouble with anything on our site, such as a Generator or Navigation, please read the F.A.Q.'s below before attempting to contact an Administrator. 404 Page Error
If you have received a 404 page error that means that page you are trying to access is not currently functioning on our server, or has been removed for some reason. Please report this error to our Contact Us Page.
Contact Us Form Submission Not Working
When an error occurs on our Contact Us Page, an email is sent to an Administrator informing them of the error. Normally, the error will be fixed within 48 hours of the error occuring. We no longer have a forum for support and the contact us page is the only way of contact with our staff.
Won't Generate My Signature
If the signature generator will not generate your signature for some reason, please hold Control and press F5, this does a clean refresh on the page, and you should be able to generate the signature. If you continue to have this problem, or any other problem with the generating of your signature, please send us a message on the Contact Us Page.
My Stats Won't Update
All stats run on a 8 hour update, starting at midnight. They update at midnight, 8AM, and 4PM. If this time frame has gone by and you notice your stats are not updating, try to go the the signature generator and re-generate the signature. This normally will create a new signature and re-cache the image on our servers.
How do I use my Signature in the Suba Forums?
When you generate the signature you should see a [ACESIGS] tag at the bottom of the generate screen. This is the only tag that the SubaGames will read on their forums. This is to keep people from posting signatures that are not approved by the SubaGames GM's. If you are going to use this signature on any other website then you can use the [IMG] tags or take the direct link.
The Generator Page Won't Load
The generator is coded in ASP.NET and some older computers may not support the signature generator. If you are experiencing this problem, please make sure your netframwork is up-to-date on your computer. Please send us a Contact Us request and we can further look into why you are experiencing this problem.
I Receive an Invalid Username Error
Make sure you enter the name that shows when you are playing the game. It may not be your login username for SubaGames. If you just created your account, it may take up to 2 hours for your account to sync correctly with the database.
